There is a whole area of the magazine market dedicated to celebrity lifestyle and gossip and they range from the glossy higher end magazines like Hello and OK to the weekly gossip mags which tend to be considered more ‘trashy’.  Ok also has an associated website so you can get your fix of celebrity lifestyle online too. They are famous for having exclusive pictures of celebrity weddings, houses and babies which the magazine pays a premium for but it is why the readers buy the magazine. It offers to provide an insight into celebrities ‘real’ lives however whenever I look at the big photo shoot spreads it all seems to posed and perfect and certainly not like my ‘real’ life although obviously I’m not a celebrity.
